Associated of Los Angeles recently conducted a great training session with 20 electricians from the City of LA on a SquareD Lighting Controls Product. Reducing energy consumption is automatic.  That’s the beauty of the Schneider Electric Powerlink G3 intelligent lighting control systems – reducing electrical energy use by automatically switching loads off during non-occupied periods. Associated of LA and Schneider Electric trained City ofLAelectricians on the product – before and after installation.
On August 4th, Schneider Electric’s Mike Hale presented to a packed house the nuts and bolts of optimizing the system. Associated of LA hosted the event.
Bob Mirolla of Associated notes that “Using the system is very intuitive but some initial training is needed to really optimize the savings. Also, users need to be confident of how they can easily interrupt the programmed sequences when necessary to accommodate special events or emergency needs.â€
